Maria Vittoria apartment is located in the historical part of Bracciano (pedestrian only zone), near the eastern tower of the Orsini-Odescalchi castle. It is a very old building, dated approximately 17th century. We deliberately kept vintage vibe in this apartment to give our guests the possibility to live the authentic Italian experience.
In the proximity you will find some very good restaurants with quality Italian cuisine, you can also easily reach panoramic viewpoints and shops.
The lake of Bracciano is in 20 minutes walking.
It is easy to reach Bracciano from Rome by train from the Ostiense or Tiburtina train station. It is 50 minutes car drive from the Fiumicino airport.

Leonardo apartment is located in the central street of Bracciano, just 200 meters from the Orsini-Odescalchi castle. This apartment is located in the old historical building, constructed before the II WW. You can easily reach shops and restaurants and the supermarket is just 2 minutes away.
The apartments features two bedrooms with AC, spacious living/dining space and a bathroom with shower.
The lake of Bracciano is 20 minutes away by foot.

We kindly ask our guests not to smoke in the apartments. These are NO SMOKING family apartments.
Final cleaning is included in the price (except kitchen). Please leave the kitchen clean, otherwise extra costs for cleaning will be charged at the end of the stay.
We kindly provide the starter pack of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels etc) for our guests. Once they run out the guests are responsible for replenishing them for themselves.
We provide one set of bed linen and towels for each stay. There is no change of bed linen and towels during the stay.
Both apartments are equipped with fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide/smoke detectors.
If you arrive by car, please remember that in Bracciano blue parking spaces are pay and display from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 20. White spaces are free. We don't have any private parking near our apartments. Maria Vittoria apartment is in the pedestrian zone so you can park your car in the parking near the castle (Parking in piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, 11 - pay and display from 9 to 20) and reach it by foot in approximately 450 meters.
According to the local legislation all guests must show their valid identity cards at the arrival and pay the tourist tax (€1 for every night for every guest (max 5 nights), children up to 14 years old are exempt).
Please consider that we accept payments by cash or bank transfer 10 working days before the arrival.
